Sea View Estate
Sea View Estate is a 5 acre gated tropical estate located directly on the Atlantic Ocean within the Florida Keys National Wildlife Refuge. Sea View is located at US 1 - Mile Marker 17 on Sugarloaf Key.
We are located in a quiet, secluded neighborhood. But we are only 15 minutes away from the excitement of Key West. We are also located within 5 minutes of some of the greatest restaurants in the Keys. Sea View is teeming with wildlife and sealife.
The property has 3 homes. Two of the homes are used as vacation rentals.
One home we call the Sand Dollar is a round stilt home that has three bedrooms and two baths. It has a spacious deck that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. It has a storage room downstairs that contains a washer and dryer.
The second home, The Sea View, is a two bedroom one bath home. This also has
a spacious deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
There is a dock that provides great fishing and for keeping your outboard boat moored
within view of your home.
